We want you to be completely obsessed with your Juicy Couture purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all signature pink tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
